Welcome to QR & Barcode Studio ("the Application", "Software", or "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Rhythm Bhattarai / CodeCrypse IT Solutions ("Developer", "we", "us", "our"). By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

        Proprietary Software: QR & Barcode Studio is proprietary, closed-source software. All rights, title, source code, visual interfaces, graphics, and intellectual property remain strictly reserved by Rhythm Bhattarai / CodeCrypse IT Solutions.
      

1. License Grant & Scope of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to download, install, and use the Application on compatible Android devices for your personal or commercial barcode and QR code generation and scanning needs.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

The Application, including without limitation its source code, compiled binaries, user interface design, visual styling, icons, logos, brand elements, graphics, and documentation, are the exclusive property of Rhythm Bhattarai / CodeCrypse IT Solutions and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You agree NOT to:

Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Software.
Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Application.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Application binaries or assets without prior written consent.
Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the Software.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You are solely responsible for the data, text, URLs, and payloads you encode into QR codes or barcodes using the Application. You agree not to use the Application to:

Create barcodes or QR codes that direct users to phishing sites, malware, spyware, deceptive content, or malicious exploits.
Generate counterfeit product packaging, unauthorized retail barcodes, or fraudulent identification credentials.
Violate any local, state, national, or international law, statute, ordinance, or regulation.
Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or personal privacy of any third party.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As-Is")

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

While the built-in Scannability Radar provides contrast guidance, we do not warrant or guarantee that every generated code will scan successfully on all third-party physical scanners, barcode readers, or lighting conditions. Users are advised to test-print and verify all codes prior to large-scale commercial printing or signage fabrication.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL RHYTHM BHATTARAI OR CODECRYPSE IT SOLUTIONS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, PRINTING COSTS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE, OR EQUIPMENT FAILURE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

6. Governing Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Software shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nepal.

7. Modifications to These Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this webpage with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Application following any updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
